Draw a layout block or orchard row, run Smart snap if you have field evidence, then fill the block or generate rows from the baseline.
Hurricane patch job
Mark spared trees as existing, switch generation mode to Replacements only, and fill the selected block to create only missing planting positions.
Working with sparse point sets
Mark multiple small clean patches across the site instead of one dense cluster. Aim for both ends and the middle of a block so the best-fit lattice ties the whole orchard together.
Smart snap tips
Use Auto for one clean section, Multi-patch for large jobs with sparse patches, and Guided when you know the row bearing. The Guided 6x6 tool drops a small calibration dot grid so you can visually line the pattern up before filling a larger block.
Imagery workflow
Keep the custom ortho on for precision, then fade or toggle it off in the Layers tab to compare the plan against base satellite imagery.
Revision tools
Use Undo, Redo, clear by section, and clear filtered trees while iterating. CSV and KML exports include orchard row, tree, and generation metadata.
